Here’s a simple smoothie recipe your toddler will love!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup – ice
  • 1 cup – spinach
  • ¼ – apple
  • ½ – banana
  • ½ cup – frozen berries
  • ¼ cup – whole milk, plain greek yogurt
  • ½ cup – organic apple juice or almond milk
  • ½ cup – water (as needed)
  • Optional – chia seeds and agave

Place ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
