Non-Personal Information does not identify you personally. If you do provide us with Non-Personal Information, we may collect, use, share, disclose, transfer and store it for any purpose.
We do not behaviorally target advertising to children under the age of 13.
Kefi will also retain data collected automatically either generated by the use of the Services or from the Services infrastructure itself (collectively, “Usage Data”) for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of the Services, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.
Your information, including Personal Information, may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers and/or servers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.
If you are located outside of the United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Information, to the United States and process it there.

We do not support Do Not Track (“DNT”). Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked.

As a registered member or account holder of Kefi, you can review and update your profile at anytime by logging-in and visiting your personal account.
In addition, a parent or legal guardian can review or request deletion of any Personal Information we have about their child, or request that there be no further collection or use of their child’s information, by contacting us. We take steps to verify the identity of anyone requesting information about a child, to ensure that the person is in fact the child’s parent or legal guardian, and appreciate your cooperation with those steps. Some of the Services are directed at children under the age of 13, and other parts of the Services are targeted for users of all ages.
If you are a parent or legal guardian and you are aware that your child has created an account that you have not consented to, please contact us so that we can take steps to terminate your child’s account with us. If you are a parent or legal guardian and you are aware that that we have collected Personal Information from your child without your consent, please contact us so that we can take steps to remove that information from our servers.
We may communicate with our registered members and account holders on a regular basis via email. For example, we may use your email address to confirm your request, to send you notice of payments, to send you information about changes to our products and services, and to send notices and other disclosures as required by law. Generally, users cannot opt-out of these communications, but they will be primarily informational in nature rather than promotional.

A California resident who has provided Personal Information to a business with whom he/she has established a business relationship for personal, family, or household purposes (“California customer”) is entitled to request information about whether the business has disclosed Personal Information to any third-parties for the third-parties’ direct marketing purposes. In general, if the business has made such a disclosure of Personal Information, upon receipt of a request by a California customer, the business is required to provide a list of all third-parties to whom Personal Information was disclosed in the preceding calendar year, as well as a list of the categories of Personal Information that were disclosed.
