Standard Return Policy

Kefi Holdings, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and/or its subsidiary and affiliated entities (collectively, “Kefi”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) offers a thirty (30) day satisfaction guarantee on all products, services, and other items (a) sold and/or made available to you at any of Kefi’s locations, and/or (b) included on or otherwise made available to you through the various mobile applications, websites, SMS, APIs, email notifications, applications, buttons, widgets, features, ads, and commerce services, that are operated by Kefi and link to this Return Policy and/or these Terms and Conditions (collectively, the “Items”) purchased at one of our locations and/or online at playkefi.com (subject to the Return Policy Requirements and Exceptions set forth below). If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, Items purchased at one of our locations and/or online at playkefi.com may (subject to the Return Policy Requirements and Exceptions set forth below) be returned by mail in accordance with this standard return policy and the instructions set forth below under How to Return or Replace.

Return Policy Requirements and Exceptions

  • In order to receive a refund, the applicable Item must be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse any returns made after thirty (30) days of receipt.
  • In order to receive a replacement for a defective, damaged or incorrect Item being shipped, a replacement Item must be requested within thirty (30) days of receipt of the defective, damaged or incorrect Item. We reserve the right to refuse any replacement requests for defective, damaged or incorrect Items reported after thirty (30) days of receipt.
  • In order to receive a refund, the applicable Item must be returned in resellable condition (except for Items with manufacturing defect or damaged during shipment), in the original manufacturer’s packaging and with all original contents included. We reserve the right to refuse any returns received in non-sellable condition (except for Items with a manufacturing defect or damaged during shipment). We strongly recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first thirty (30) days following receipt.
  • Customized/personalized Items cannot be returned unless the Item is defective or damaged during shipment or an incorrect Item is shipped.
  • No refunds, no returns, no exchanges and no rainchecks under any circumstances with respect to tickets and memberships purchased at one of our locations and/or online at playkefi.com.

How to Return or Replace

  1. If you would like to initiate a return of an Item for a refund, or an exchange of an Item, please click on Returns and specify the reason for your return.
  2. Upon clicking on Returns and specifying the reason for your return, we will advise whether you are entitled to (a) a possible full refund or replacement upon our receipt and inspection of the defective, damaged or incorrect Item, or (b) a possible partial refund with the return shipping cost deducted upon our receipt of an Item (that is not defective, damaged or incorrectly shipped).
  3. Upon the foregoing notification, you can decide to proceed or cancel your return.
  4. If you proceed with the return of your Item, we will confirm or deny your return request based off of the information you supply.
  5. If your return request is accepted, we will issue you a return label and instructions via email that will enable you to return the Items directly to Kefi.
  6. Pack the Item(s) securely. An Item must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging. All Items must be returned in good resellable condition to ensure a refund (except for Items with a manufacturing defect or damaged during shipment).
  7. Print the return label and return package (with in the original manufacturer’s packaging and with all original contents).
  8. Upon receipt of the returned Item, Kefi will inspect the returned Item and (a) if the returned Item is received in an acceptable condition, Kefi will issue you a partial or full refund, or replacement, and (b) if the returned Item is received in an unacceptable condition, no refund will be issued and a member of the Kefi team will follow up with you to advise.

Requesting a Replacement of a Defective or Damaged Product

You can request a replacement for the same Item if it is defective or was damaged during shipment or if an incorrect Item was shipped; provided that such request must be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of the defective, damaged or incorrect Item. Subject to this Return Policy (including without limitation the Return Policy Requirements and Exceptions), the replacement Item will be shipped within fourteen (14) business days of Kefi’s receipt of the defective, damaged or incorrect Item provided it is returned and received in an acceptable condition and pending the availability of a replacement Item.

Requesting a Refund

Subject to this Return Policy (including without limitation the Return Policy Requirements and Exceptions), you can request a refund for an Item within thirty (30) days of receipt. If a partial or full refund is issued, all such refunds are made to the original form of payment. We cannot issue a refund to gift recipients; provided, however, that you may request a replacement if the Item has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipment (or if an incorrect Item is shipped).

Undeliverable Shipment

When packages are returned to us as undeliverable, we will attempt to contact you via phone or e-mail in order to obtain a different shipping address to reship the order. If you are concerned that there may be an issue with delivery of your order, you can contact us via email at returns@playkefi.com at any time.

Processing Your Return

Please allow thirty (30) days to process your return. Once we receive the Item(s) we will process the return and either ship a replacement Item or issue a refund to your credit card. If after thirty (30) days following your clicking on Returns and specifying the reason for your return, you still have not received a notice from us advising whether you are entitled to a refund or replacement, please contact us via email at returns@playkefi.com.

If a refund is issued, please allow up to fourteen (14) business days from the date the refund is processed and sent to your credit card’s issuing bank for the refund to post to your account.

If a replacement for the same Item is requested due to it being defective or damaged during shipment, please allow up to fourteen (14) business days from Kefi’s receipt of the defective, damaged or incorrect Item provided it is returned and received in an acceptable condition and pending the availability of a replacement Item

Canceling or Changing an Order

Once an order has been submitted, we are most likely unable to accept any cancelations or changes to your order. You may contact us via email at returns@playkefi.com to attempt to cancel or change your order but we are not required to accept any cancelations or changes to your order once submitted. We will never accept customer requests to cancel or change any orders submitted for customized/personalized Items.

Ticket Terms and Conditions

Your online ticket is valid for fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase. Your ticket is a revocable license and Kefi may revoke it at any time and may eject holder for any reason including violation of Kefi rules, illegal activity, misconduct or failure to comply with any and all safety and security rules, laws, ordinances and measures. By accepting admission with a ticket purchased at one of our locations and/or online at playkefi.com, you, on behalf of yourself and each child for which you are the parent and/or legal guardian that accepts admission with a ticket purchased at one of our locations and/or online at playkefi.com, agree to assume and release Kefi from all risks associated with Kefi and conditions and use of the premises by you and/or and each child for which you are the parent and/or legal guardian, including without limitation the risk of loss, theft, damage to property or personal and bodily injury, including death and hereby acknowledge your permission to use your picture or likeness (and/or the picture and likeness of each child for which you are the parent and/or legal guardian) and waive all residual rights or claims.

All ITEMS ARE PROVIDED BY KEFI ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. KEFI MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE ITEMS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, KEFI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, KEFI DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, FOR ANY ITEM. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOUR PURCHASE AND USE OF ANY ITEM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THIS DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES DOES NOT LIMIT THE TERMS OF ANY PRODUCT WARRANTY OFFERED BY THE MANUFACTURER OF AN ITEM THAT IS SOLD BY KEFI at one of KEFI’S locations and/or online at playkefi.com (and/or any mobile applications, websites and/or online platforms that are operated by Kefi and link to this Return Policy and/or the Terms AND CONDITIONS). THIS DISCLAIMER CONSTITUTES AN ESSENTIAL PART OF THIS RETURN POLICY AND THE Terms AND CONDITIONS. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Limitation of Liability

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KEFI WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY OTHER PERSON UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES OR UNDER ANY LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY, WHETHER IN TORT, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF, SALE OF, USE OF AND/OR INABILITY TO USE THE ITEMS, EVEN IF KEFI HAS BEEN ADVISED OF OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
